Interesting thoughts (and thanks for the extensive writing!) about the SS games.

It's hard to put your finger on it but in a way the SS games are more pure pinball (OK, not as pure as EMs) but still with lots of interesting innovations, as compared to the DMD games that can rely more on toys for their appeal. That's my take on it anyway!

But I can happily enjoy both SS and DMD games. I have never played EM games long enough to really get them...
