Played Transformers for the first time today. One minor flaw I didn't like was that the ball took ages to escape from the pop bumpers - far too lonnnnnnnnng. Other than that, the game had some good shots.
I've only played TSPP, LOTR, POTC, CSI & Elvis.
None of Stern's licensed themes appeal to me, so I can't see myself owning one.
Hope ACDC lives up to be a great title for Stern.

there has been a software upgrade and a small upgraded piece of wire added for the newer transformers models (free from Stern) to overcome the long pop bumper times (if u want the upgrade and dont like long pop bumper times).

personally, all Segas (previously really Stern anyway) and all Sterns have always had the best pop bumper actions (known as super pops) of any machines ever built.
Super loud n super fast pop bumpers on a Sega make for excellent action. Play any of the Sega Showcase (concave headbox games) and u see just how great super pop bumpers are on a modern pinny. I think the continuation of the super pops on the new Sterns is also a good thing.  Each to their own ofcourse, but it just seems Sega/Stern have always had a different outlook to make pop bumpers aggressive. I personally hope it continues.  *%*

and YES, Mr Tilt has a awesome Stern collection and definately one of the best Stern collections on Aussie Pinball, well done mate. Excellent titles and the feedback u gave is also awesome. I hope u love the new AC/DC LE u have bought that is coming too. Shld be a bloody nice machine.  ^^^ ^^^
