After 7 nights straight of Zinc Plating, I finally assembled the door. It is a new door from Pinball Resource. The eject shafts and the red "start game" buttons are also new. Here's a picture of the front of the door. The hinge was dis assembled and zinc plated ;

EVERYTHING in the following pictures except the front door skin, eject shafts and red button were Zinc plated using the Jane Kit. Many hours, but well worth it in the end. I would not recommend this be done for all restores. I wanted to see the results of a completely restored front door, and I'm pleased.

Here's the coin lock out coil assembly and some parts I used for another door. Trial and error, but the results are amazing.

Everything has been Zinc plated - including the springs and all screws.

Looks much more brighter than it should due to the flash going off on the camera. I'll take more pics when it is mounted on the machine. It is a lot of work, but well worth it in the end.
