I had a few ideas for mine you could buy UV ink was going to airbrush some green uv ink over my creature so it glows.   Or when I was a kid I melted down a glow in the dark plastic skeleton into paint thinners then painted it on whatever I wanted to glow when the lights are off could do that aswell
