If it was the EM version, then $2500 would be the asking price for a non working game. A restored SYS1 version would command $3000. It is neat and a fantastic base for a restoration. There would be people willing to pay top dollar for a project Joker Poker - either version.
I'd say if it was not switched on it was because the boards are full of acid damage or similar. Moving on for a quick sale, but might be $500 off the mark.
