Yes... its a bit rich.
Looks to be very tidy but im always very very suspicious of any seller who states that they have never even plugged the machine in... absolute rubbish. Machine has been set up and a collector managed to resist firing her up??? LOL<- my arse... i know i would have,
Or, i would have looked in the backbox, seen lots of acid damage or maybe SYS1 board missing, blown up etc and not bothered to plug it in.

Cosmetically looks good... id be assuming major electronic issues though. Someone  having a " too hard" basket is the main reason why non working pins are sold.

$1800 tops id say

nothing dodgey here Gav,the machine is mine and I only recntly set it up to take pics. My dilema is time and room. I have about 40 pins and only space for about 25.  I have about 20 that need to be shopped,3 project cars and a 2 year old that all need my attention. Apart from that i work on pins full time and lack the enthusiasm to restore once I get home. I just acquired 2 ACDC's and have 2 WOZ's on the way so something has to go.
This is an exceptional example and thats why the price and the add clearly states boards have acid damage and thats why I havent powered it on.
