I am looking into this same material here for mainly black mirror and gold mirror and hoping to do these for under $100 but will confirm once I locate this material in Aus - so any interest just let me know.

Great work and price on this. I also found it was more satisfying (and practical) to make these yourself rather than pay the exorbitant prices some were asking. 
rimexmetals in Sydney should have what you are looking for. 
0.8mm is the standard thickness line they carry.
