How will we know who each other is ? Name tags ? This is the common problem I find when going to meets etc .
Same I can only be there on the Sunday .
I might wear one of my shirts i had done for my business with my logo (my avatar pic) bit of shameless promotion for myself 
I've kept that weekend free so i can be there for this event 
I don't see a problem with that, free world. Everyone is wearing some logo of some business these days and it's pinball even better.
