I read it as $4500 JUST for the playfield swap (not including the playfield)
Playfield did not cost $1200. More like $800. What the seller is saying is that it COST $4500 to swap the playfield, then add $1200 for the playfield = $5700 NOT including the ACTUAL game.
So I'd say $12000 - $5700 = the cost of the game ($6300).
