board problem versus software me thinks....reseat all connectors to playfield/check every cable everywhere is on perfectly under playfield and in headbox...(who did u buy your RFM from ?)
also, have u checked your fan in your main computer metal box ?, has it been replaced with a new one or is it old...heat issues with the board can cause intermittent things to stop n start because of a hot board..thats what i always did with my RFM.
