I have seen local dealers ask $2500 for similar machines straight on their factory floor.
To be fair auction started low..

I think the seller is VERY fair with the price reflecting the condition. It would be a GREAT starting point for a restoration. But I've not seen a Funhouse sell for $4500 for years.
