All machines have now got decals....was decals also for AC/DC, X Men and Transformers and Tron etc etc...last press release i read said Decals from now on, all done in house. So much better for replacing damaged artwork on any machine you may have in the future....

printed a Pro flyer from the Stern website n it came out perfect....click Avengers Pro, in games in production, bottom right corner is the link. Thanks Swinksy for letting me know the link was now available. Very cool.

Agreed... its easier to replace a decal but also they dont last as long.. so its a case of benefit in one hand and a sacrifice in the other.
It is however much much cheaper to print then laminate decals and apply than screen something.. its all a sign of the times and wherever you turn digital print has replaced silk screening.
Its a shame as silk screening has its own form of artwork ( pop art etc) and although digital print can replicate, it still lacks the very very crisp edging as its a case of pixel ratio.. bit like comparing analogue sound to MP3.
What digital print is very good and cheap for is lots of colour blend and shade.. costs exactly the same to print as does a big black block.
However ( LOL - again!) Very few printers print WHITE.. its an expensive machine that not many people purchase. White is created by the media it is printed onto ( being white in the first place) and so inks can be very very thin in parts to non existant
