Phoning gamemasters via telephone
I tried at least 30 times Over the course of two weeks before I threw in the towel and drove over there.
It's worth the money. It's worth getting stuffed around with zero customer support. It's a quality product and the cost will very shortly be outweighed by the convenience and usability.
Felix is a nice bloke when you can get hold of him. I've had the same trouble before with phone call after phone call and ignored emails. He did call though once I sent him a fax. The number is on there web site if anyone's trying to get hold of one of there trolleys.
