Ebay don't care either, shilling just means more money for them.

Even now when you look at the bid history for someone and it shows the number of items bid on, what percentage is with that seller, bid retractions etc it only gives you the last 30 days now.  Previously it gave you longer than that.  A cynic would say they are making it easier to hid shill bidding by showing only a very small snapshot of the bidders activity.
