mine would be a gamble, not ones I own but the following:

AFM - played about 10 times and would love to learn everything about it - good fun player

Kingpin (Capcom) - heard it is fun, like the idea of the theme and no chance of ever owning one

Hot Wheels (Mattel) - my design     and a computer to tweak the rules / sounds - that would keep me busy
