Love the idea of it......but something about the Hulk does not look right to me. I think its the expression. Not quite right? Maybe its just me.......
Love the idea of 3 seperate layers though. 
The red bricks spoils it for me, can't imagine it will suit any of the backbox / translite artwork
Also i think you right about his face, looks like he has suffered a stroke lol
