The U Relay is the culprit. I tried putting a rubber washer on and it did reduce the noise but the game stayed on first ball. Then i tried moving washer slightly and the game stayed on 2 players. The U relay seems to control a few things and it is very touchy.  So after playing around for about an hour and a half i took the rubber washer off and we are back where we started. This is going to be a challenge i think..      lol
