My favourite part of a pinball is the backglass. If the backglass is pretty ordinary looking, theres a big chance i won't want to own the game. One that comes to mind and may offend some is Tales from the Crypt. Heard is a great player but due to its look i don't even bother playing it. My loss No doubt 
I tend to agree.when ever I think of bad translite art I always think of World Cup Soccer with that dog on it. It put me off the game altogether. Lately though I had the opportunity for a few games on one and its a very fun game and I liked it a lot. I guess you don't look at the translite while your playing do you. This would be a good candidate for an alternate translite IMHO.
