I have sets of the Planetary Pinball wraps and they are actually more like a decal/sticker than paper (more durable). As John Wart Jr said they are able to be cleaned with water without tearing the decal or rubbing off the text.

Yes, you are right the top surface of the PP wraps also has a very similar feel to masking tape.

Crash, what coil wraps do you need? I may be able to assist.
