Small tingles here and there 
I think the seller should address that issue before selling the machine.
"POWER CABLE NEEDS REPLACING TO BE PROPERLY EARTHED, SMALL TINGLES ESCAPE HERE AND THERE".
I can't believe that someone would think it acceptable to sell any piece of electrical equipment that's giving out electrical shocks and that's regardless of wether or not it was disclosed in the ad! Buyer beware of this one!
