It would be in a Family restaurant / bar setup - somewhere that hoons would not frequent. In an open area where the machines are in full view of staff.
The kids go to the indoor playground, mum and dad have a quiet meal and a beer - then dad plays pins for an hour or two

That's the name I was thinking of. There's one in Reservoir (Edwardes St). There used to be pins in there, but they are "hidden" around a concealed corner.
There was a TSPP in there as of two weeks ago, a bit grimy but looked good apart from that - and it was around that corner. Didn't play it as I was going to the Bushfire Aid meet straight after and there was one there. Ironically I did not get to play it at the meet!
