I think they are only selling the stuff that was too heavy to get up to the roof.lol 

Either that, or they did their backs in last time, and now they just cant physically get them up there anymore. 

Or is this their way of saying to the public, we cant be trusted to look after arcade machines, because we abuse them and we are in counselling, so u had better take the poor orphans whilst they are still alive.lol
