eBay pisses me off. Whenever I list something my starting price is the lowest ill go why start @ 99c just to pull the auction???
Then you get wankers who make you a lowball offer you accept it then you never hear back from them..
I think 99c auctions are geared around getting the dreamers carried away bidding, you see these people putting in a $200 bid then $400 then $1200, I am not sure if they really think they are getting it for $200 or if they are just wasting time.
Easiest thing is to put one high (but not winning bid) on the item, this usually scares off all the dreamers.
