Cheers i'll give him a PM. The Playfield is in reasonable condition so wont be needing a new one, just have to clean everything up and replace a few things. I'll pot some pics and then progress pics as I go along.
Only real problem I have is that there is some water damage to the base/bottom piece of wood right at the front. I am thinking about trying to fix it but don't know if I have the woodwork skills to get it done. I might be able to get away with leaving it alone, i'll post some pics and let me know what you think guys.

If its the actual bottom of the cabinet (ie floor) where speaker sits etc, they can be replaced but needs a bit of work / fiddling. If its the coin door piece, again can be done, but Stargate's are screened onto the wood so no cabinet decals available.
There is a business in Geelong (El_Timbo) on here who is doing brand new cabinets for WPC/Bally games. Depending on how far you want to go with the restoration that is a high end option. Best of luck with the resto and post lots of pics as they are always an enjoyable read.
