Zipper Flippers were a huge innovation in the late 60's. My favorite Zipper Flipper is Nip-It and I have a Medusa which also has the feature, which I believe was the last game to have it in 1981.
Drop Targets are making a bit of a comeback. My favorite has always been "in-line" targets.
