Is the problem occurring in test mode?

Hard to tell by looking, but if its just like a 'wave' of faded or poorly lit pixels and not certain rows / columns I'd say its outgassing.

With power off, just reseat your connectors (inc ribbon cables).  Next I'd check the voltages at your display to make sure they are in spec.

The problem is not quite as bad in test mode for some reason.
The voltages all look spot on exactly right except the 100V is 107V and the 98V is 96V, I wouldn't think that small amount would cause a problem.
Looks like I need a new display, anyone got one for sale?

Anybody bought anything from MAD amusements before?
They have replacement display glasses for $160.
