I mentioned on another thread that my work is not perfect if you take a magnifying glass or drag your nose on the pf. But from a foot away or from the playing position, you can't notice the work. I don't even notice and I know where it is. I used enamels, fine brushes with varying number of hairs/bristles, mainly pointed on shape. Matching colours wasn't an exact science in this attempt, close was fine seeing how busy this pf is, your eyes don't focus on the finer details. The photo shows what I mean. After buffing some of the shine off and adding the black lines, it isn't noticeable.
