Is it just me or does it seem unlikely that someone would replace rubbers, put in new balls etc without turning it on first to at least see if it works? It smacks of trying to offload a bigger problem but maybe I'm too cynical. Looks in good nick otherwise

LOL- ALL pins that are sold as not plugged in to see if it works have been plugged in and no - they don't work.
Same as all Bally displays " untested" - yes they've been tested and are faulty...

...allows sellers to disclaim when a buyer complains!
