are they custom ones with a chrome silver or gold finish, as had it happen on my IM (which has gold plated buttons) so maybe the extra thickness reduces the clearance, but it also appears to be when you are pushing the button on a slight angleStandard flipper buttons but I agree it seems to be when you push them on a slight angle I know exactly what you mean there. Will take them out and give them a spray and see what happens...thanks for the tip.2 options:new set of buttonsorspray a little bit of silicon spray inside the button but be careful not to get anywhere else.
