Read what Pintoxicated said carefully - inspect the coils carefully where the wires solder to the tags - probably one of them will be broken - is it BOTH flippers or only one?
I would get rid of the sleeves you lubricated now - this WILL cause you problems in the future.

http://rtbb.com.au/If you do not have a broken wire things are quite a bit more complex and I suggest that you consult a repair technician at this early stage of your pinnball career to avoid a lot of grief. Better to pick up things slowly and get it right.
