I think it would be a great idea - especially behind the backglass.
My only advise is to buy the good quality LEDS
www.rtbb.com.au and avoid the el cheapos on fleabay etc as I've seen many games with issues that appear to be lamp matrix issues, but turn out to be low quality LEDs
