I just fitted a coil sleeve to my JD shooter as it was missing. What a difference the ball now fires into play like a rocket! Unfortunatley it also centre drains most if the time- some alignment may be needed.

I just measured the coils dimensions with vernias to get the right one. Coil sleeves are good!

Yep shooter sleeves are missed many times.  If a games shopped properly,  and I mean all parts,  all sleeves must be done too.

I've seen so many games "restored" that have not had the sleeves replaced. They are cheap to replace, but the labour to remove them must be the problem  %.% - Or the possibility (the guarantee) that they will find broken yokes etc..
