Make sure the display is 100% as they will set you back $600 to get a new one shipped in from the US.
Also make sure the paddle wheel has been tuned up and is running at optimum speed. You can tell it is on the way out when the machine goes into ball search mode while the ball is in the paddle wheel. Best case scenario it needs a rebuild and a new belt, worst case it needs a new wheel motor.
