when i asked them if a pin is dropped off in melb on friday will it get to qld monday. they replied that would be impossible, then i told them that just the friday before that my other pin was dropped off at melb and arrived in qld monday. the phone then went quiet for about 5 sec while he was wondering ho to answer that.
