Thx heaps Greg ! It is a great help. The flipper is energizing. I cannot seem to find the sweet spot at the end of stroke. I have cleaned, filed the switch.Changed the switch compared the travel with the right side ,( which works fine). It chatters big time at the eos.
The scenarios are:
1.eos switch on , flipper works fine. No good obviously as it will fry the coil.
2.eos gapped to around 2-3mm... At eof serious arching thus chatter
3.eos gapped > 3mm Still chatters as eos seems comes into play too early.

I cant seem to get enough clearance which is why it is arching i reckon.

To me it looks like it should be an easy fix which frustrates the  bejesus out of me.
