Ok I finally got back to this pin. it seems the connector that was on the playfield end was no good.
I cut it off , put a new one on, and success!!!!.
thanks to everyone who helped. I could not have done it without you.
It does feel satisfying.
so it seems now all the fuses were wrong as the flipper fuse blew.
I will replace fuse and hopefully that's it
