If the sound is going it is unlikely the cable is the problem.  Lack of reverb usually means the SAD4096 echo chip is cactus and these are pretty much unobtainable.  Easiest solution is to fork out for an aftermarket reverb board, but they are not cheap either.

Thanks for the feedback. The sounds are all fine, they just don't have the reverb. Must be the echo chip then.

Just popped into to say that this game is an absolute cracker and would love to see some pics for me and others of the game. Artwork, gameplay and sounds are absolute top notch. Only ever played on a simulator and it is totally addictive on that.

Yes it defiantly a cracker, I'd played it on a simulator as well and thought it was pretty good but then when I played the real deal and couldn't get enough of it. I had to track one down, It's number one with a bullet in my mind. I'll get some pictures up later today.
