Do u have a spare 25 to 50 grand to spend and all the time with customs and importers and then scourcing parts that do or don't exist.
Are you prepared to travel overseas and hand pick your machines.
There is a lot more to it than meets the eye.
How many machines do u want to end up owning and keeping ?
List the machines you want perhaps and see who can or can't help.
I have never seen someone do a joint import where it worked out exactly fair for both parties.
