Looks like most of the hard works been done....nice tidy example, though the pics could be better so its hard to see fine detail.
Seems like a high price till you factor in all the effort. Plus the Surfer series is highly desirable/playable.
I guess we are going to be seeing more and more 2k plus e/ms as restored examples hit the market. With a knock-on price rise on unrestored machines as they get scarcer. As someone interested manily in e/ms it's two bob each way; I like a cheap wreck as long as it plays but I'm also happy to pay a premium if the work's been done and done well.
