I repaired a Phoenix that was a sloppy dealer shop out. I ended up reconditioning the game, and when I was done, I was pleasantly surprised at how well the game played. It is not a player like "Flash" is - but it is fairly close. I rate this game - $1800 is a bit high. $1200 sounds about right, but $1500 is more realistic.
