Looks like one of the SA Variety bash cars.
Great charity that does a car run through various parts of SA and far Western NSW raising money for sick/disadvantaged kids.
Been on a couple of them over the years as a crew member for another entrant.
TB2 won the best presented vehicle award for 2015.
