Update, unsure if this could be the cause of my target problem, but I replaced the under playfield fuse holder (thanks to Nino for the part) that was being held together with some insulation tape. Could a loose fuse cause strange things to happen?
Otherwise had two great games tonight and will see how the next games go in the future.
Btw its not a great idea touching the two contacts on a coil with your wedding ring while the game is on. Scares the hell out of you and makes inserting leds difficult
