RTBB was the distributor at that time.
Premium balls were "sold out" prior to us receiving an email that there were reported problems with magnetism. We were asked to refund any customers that complained. We followed directions. Future refunds need to be forwarded directly to Homepin.
Pearl balls were never stocked by RTBB. We understand there is an issue with "flaking".
We are not aware of any manufacturer's "product recall" on either Premium or Pearls. We were instructed to "hold off" selling Premiums, and we did not order any Pearls for sale.
