Gav,I can actually get a game to start, but only for one ball,then I have to reset it.. 
OK -So know the AX Reset is not firing. AX is ok.
AX Reset needs the Ball return Relay to be closed. So start a game, and the then drain the ball.
I'll bet nothing happens until you activate the Ball return Relay.
