The EOS looks OK, the coil on the left is getting pretty warm compared to the right hand side.

The flipper shaft moves freely, no binding at all.

Any ideas?

EOS might look OK, but it may not be. Double check this. Sounds dodgy if the left coil is getting warm.


That sounds correct.

The EOS needs adjustment - dead giveaway is the the coil is warm. Could also be the diode on the coil - but the EOS sounds more likely.
