My Brother and I go there around 3pm on Sat. A little later than I had hoped. At 3pm it was packed but by 4pm the crowd was thinning out and it was easier to jump on machines to play. Played many interesting pinnies but for some reason I enjoyed playing the older style pinnies 70's - early 80's a tad more.
Didnt get a chance to play CI but did have a look inside. I was blown away with its quality. I'd love to see a Coconut 2 ready for the next Expo tho ;)
Didnt get much of a chance to talk to many people but had a good chat to Andrew & Matt over a few drinks in the space between when we were kicked out of the Expo to when we came back for the Dinner.
Over dinner I found out a few interesting things:-
- Still how much of a Pinbll Gumby I am when it comes to Pinball Trivia. My table crashed and burned on the Pinball questions but made up ground on the General knowledge questions.
- One of the guys I sat next to (not a AP member yet) has a Games room at work full of Pinnies and video games.
- oh and Michael Shaloub eats Pork (I guess you had to be there and watch one of his unedited pinball videos - that bit was quite amusing
)
