I'd hate to think of what other government charges you'd have to pay if you get a cranky customs officer assessing your import especially if he's convinced it's a gambling device, oh boy!!
If you're ever bored one day get on the Australian Customs website and try reading the import guidelines - hundreds of pages of mind numbing reading. I remember one time I had to apply for an exporter's certificate when I sold a $3,000 camera on e-bay to someone in Europe. Sometimes the headaches aren't worth it.
