yeah connectors cleaned...checked p5a and p5b as per clays guide.
now when i start her..ax relay still stays on,and motor keeps running..but
she's at 1st ball,i dont have to advance player unit
tiny bit closer 
,plays right through when i stop the ax relay,1-4plys, all good
tempted to take PF off again and go through main switch bank again #$#
OK - So you DID have a connector problem ?
Sounds like the game sat idle for 20 years, and by simply playing 20 games - it might come good..
See how you go after a few games..
yeh played a heap of games,still have to dis-engage the ax relay,to start
