I would check all obvious points to make sure you havn't shorted anything out.

I had a similar error on my Getaway and turned out the U20 on the CPU just died on its own.

If you've gone over everywhere near where you did the work and no signs of solder flick etc or loose wires around coin door/under playfield I would suggest to remove the switch looms from the CPU board with machine off and boot game.  If no errors (remember to leave direct switches plugged in) then it may be an actual short.  If not I suggest an IC has died.
