Thnaks for the replies

The holes at the moment are very tight (as in the bolts need to be socketed in - they just can't be turned by hand)- I didn't want to expand them too much

However the leg plate/tyne really appears to need dead straight holes - mine were drilled at a slight angle and the bolts won't thread into the plate becuase fo the angle

I may try it and see how it goes for the time being - I don't want to expand the holes as that will definitely cause come wonkiness
